The Development

Two towers, one address

One Twenty Brickell broke ground as a two-tower development in the center of Brickell: a 34-story tower holding 266 fully furnished condominiums, and a second tower adding 537 rental residences to be managed by Sentral.

The SW 8th Street corridor puts Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, the Underline and the Metromover within a walk. Ground-floor retail and resort-style shared amenities anchor the base.

A note on the name: "Sentral Brickell" is how we — and many renters — refer to the announced Sentral-managed tower, following Sentral's naming convention (Sentral Wynwood, Sentral East Austin). The official brand name has not been announced by the developer and may differ.
